We offer the following ways that you can partner with the Air Show:
We have a variety of sponsorship levels available for businesses that range from a few thousand dollars to tens of thousands of dollars.
We are able to provide your company with a wide variety of unique branding opportunities, some of which are not available through any other type of event.
We can help establish your brand to our audience, which can include an on-site presence, through our radio and/or television advertising or through our well-established electronic forms of media including our web site, social media sites and electronic newsletter.
In every community we host a Show, we require a variety of types of services. We always try to work with local and regional businesses when possible to develop relationships with that business community as well as contribute to a positive economic impact for that area.
If your company becomes an Official Supplier to the Air Show, in exchange for discounted or in-contra services and/or products, we will partner to use the services of your business while in the area, and provide great promotional and branding opportunities for you with respect to our event.
For the nearly 20 years since its inception, the Runway Market has been a huge success for both our exhibtors and the Show. Thousands of people each day with a prime location on the airfield means it is a great way to bring awareness to your business or your cause!
The Runway Market is always situated in an area on the Air Show grounds providing high traffic and visibility. Each participant is provided with a 10' x 10' area (or larger if requested) to showcase your organization, company and/or business (cash sales at the ACIAS are permitted only by special arrangement) to a large audience both from the local area and around the region.
Each 10'x10' tent for a private sector company is $1000 + HST and $700 + HST for non-profit organizations.

We print hundreds of copies each year which is sold to Air Show fans, given to VIPs and distributed to military
bases, government offices and local businesses when possible. It is highly prized by fans, often used for performer autographs and its
high quality paper stock makes it stand out to readers.
We will also be offering discounted General Admission tickets when sold as a "block". The discount will vary based on the number of tickets purchased. The minimum size of a block starts at 25 tickets.
NOTE: Sales for group tickets will be conducted exclusively through direct contact with the Air Show office, and not online.
Our "VIP" experience is a day at the Air Show that most fans will never forget! Each VIP pass will have access to free shade, VIP washrooms (separate from the public), food & non-alcoholic drinks in the tented area. There is also direct access to a licensed bar serving and selling alcoholic beverages (available to those of age 19 & older), only for consumption within the enclosure. Each person will also receive a free copy of the Souvenir Calendar and upon arrival, have access to the VIP Parking Area (if one is designated at this site). And best of all, those with a VIP pass will have the opportunity to meet performers and aircrew from visiting aircraft inside the enclosure throughout the day as those crews visit the VIP Chalets.
For businesses who are interested, we offer the option of a reserved table in the Main VIP Chalet or if you want to take the experience to the next level, your very own private tent in the VIP enclosure.
