Flying Display Schedule

Finally the planned schedule for the air display! As you can all imagine, working on a flying schedule for any air show can certainly be challenging and is constantly changing based on a large number of factors.

We should stress that the list below, which is the schedule planned for BOTH days is 100% SUBJECT TO CHANGES due to weather, aircraft serviceability and operational requirements.

The starting time can certainly vary and the order is definitely subject to change especially if something like winds shift or speed up, cloud cover and ceilings change or if any kind of weather system moves in (lots of other things besides rain can affect a schedule). We aim to put as many acts as possible into the air as long as they can fly safely. Keep in mind that performer and fan safety will always be top priority for us.

We are not able to give out more detail than what is below, as we know this far in advance of the Show day, the schedule will not be more accurate than what we are sending now.

The anticipated list of acts in no particular order for each day (this is highly subject to change right until Show day) is as listed below:

Aiming for a "between 12 noon and 1 pm" start time ...

Canadian Forces Snowbirds (formation and solo aerobatic) - 60 mins
Canadian Forces CF-18 Demo Team (solo aerobatic) - 25 mins
Canadian Forces SkyHawks Parachute Team (formation and solo jumps) - 20 mins
Royal Canadian Air Force CC-130H Hercules & CH-149 Cormorant (search & rescue demonstration) - 20 mins
Royal Canadian Air Force CP-140 Aurora (flying demonstration) - 20 mins
Charle's Lynch TBM-3U Avenger (flying demonstration) - 12 mins
Manfred Radius Airshows H 101 Salto Glider (solo aerobatic) - 10 mins
Martin Hivon Airshows (solo aerobatic) - 12 mins
Mike Potter Aircraft Collection FG-1D Corsair (solo aerobatic) - 15 mins
Pete McLeod Racing (solo aerobatic) - 10 mins
Pyro Jet Truck (ground demonstration) - 18 mins
Third Strike Wingwalking (wing-walking demo) - 15 mins

... and a finish time during the last hour grounds are open to the public (between 4 and 5 pm).
