A regular feature we have each year of the Show is our Performer "Hot Ramp" area. We have an area designated where for the first hour or two of the Show, you can go in and see the majority of the aircraft performing in that day's Show, "up close & personal", with a chance to meet the pilots to take photos, ask them questions, etc.
Each day, this area will be open to the public from the Show opening time and is expected to be cordoned off at approximately 11:00 AM. Once the area has been closed off to the public, from the other side of the barriers, you will still be able to see the "operations" of the Show take place as the performers taxi-out and then return to the area after landing from their respective performances. If you have an interest in seeing the "inner workings" of our Air Operations, this is a great feature for you to see and we encourage you to come to the Show early so you have a chance to see this.
